nextgen Aviation Workforce & Maintenance Pipline:

Making dreams become reaility

Flight Expo NextGen Aviation Workforce & Maintenance Pipeline is a high impact program that introduces students to aviation careers as early as 9th grade. Designed to accelerate student pathways into post secondary education and employment, the program provides a direct track toward earning an Airframe and Powerplant license. Instruction is led by FAA certified Airframe and Powerplant mechanics, including Inspection Authorization holders, combining structured online learning with hands on training in an active hangar environment. Students gain real world experience working on aircraft while building the foundational knowledge required to complete the general section of the FAA Mechanic Certification.
