Statements for a Bequest
The following are examples of statements that may be used by you and your attorney in preparing your bequest. Whenever possible, we would like to participate in these important conversations to ensure that the correct language is used and that your wishes are understood.
Unrestricted bequest:
I give Flight Expo, with federal tax ID 41-1869452, (_________ % of the residue of my estate) or (the sum of $__________), to be used by Flight Expo wherever the needs and opportunities are greatest.
Restricted bequest:
I give Flight Expo, with federal tax ID 41-1869452, (_________ % of the residue of my estate) or (the sum of $__________) for the benefit of (name of fund, program or charitable interest area).
