Return Policy

Flight Expo accepts returns or exchanges of eligible merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customized, personalized, or special-order merchandise may not be eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Flight Expo or a defective product.

 Certain merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged, including worn clothing, personalized or custom-made items, gift certificates, downloaded products, used books, and merchandise that has been damaged after delivery.

Items purchased for special events or containing event-specific dates may have limited availability for exchanges.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Flight Expo within seven days of delivery.

We may request photographs or additional information to help resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

Before returning an item, please contact Flight Expo to arrange the return or exchange.

Merchandise should be securely packaged, preferably in its original packaging, and include your name, contact information, proof of purchase, and reason for the return.

Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, approved refunds or exchanges will be processed. Please allow approximately 15 business days for processing after the returned merchandise is received.

This merchandise return policy does not apply to flight training, discovery flights, Build A Plane, NextGen Aviation, or other educational programs. Cancellations and refunds for these activities are governed by their applicable registration or enrollment agreements.

Charitable donations are generally nonrefundable. If a donation was made in error or processed incorrectly, please contact Flight Expo so we can review the situation.
